Different Types of Jeans at Old Navy

I have heard that Old Navy jeans are really cute and comfortable from a few different people. Today, I finally went in to try them on and I was NOT disappointed. Old Navy is not the only brand that sells multiple cuts of jeans for women and it can get overwhelming when shopping because each style looks completely different. I decided to try on all the styles and show you the different jeans and what each style is called. For fashion inspiration, browse the FASHION CATEGORY of the blog.

This Old Navy had eight different styles of jeans, that I saw. Online, you can get sizes 0-30 and there is a link at the bottom of this post. I tried them all except the skinny jean and the ultra skinny because I think those are pretty self explanatory. Also, I have a few pairs of skinny jeans already. I am so happy that people are really embracing all types of styles, right now. Read on to find out which were my favorites.

I am wearing a size 8 in all jeans except the Flare that I sized up to a 10. My mission today is to walk out of here today with one new favorite pair of jeans.

O.G. Straight

The first pair that I tried on were amazing, a perfect fit. The O.G. Straight cut is high-waisted with a straight leg, the true mom jeans. They have a good amount of stretch making them super comfortable. The raw edges make them look more cool and less mom. I immediately wanted to choose these but thought I needed to give the others a try.

Flare

I sized up in the Flare because I just wanted to make sure they were comfortable. I know Flare jeans are usually super tight on top, super big on bottom. I could’ve probably stuck with the 8 but I was shocked when I actually loved these jeans. With some chunky boots or platforms, these would be so cool! I love the slit in the flare bottom and the high-waist.

O.G. Loose

These are the jeans my daughter is wearing, straight out of the nineties. These high-waisted, wide leg jeans are so trendy right now and I do have a pair of grey ones that I love from The Toggery in Kalispell. These jeans are a perfect fit with all the cute crop tops and shackets.

Kicker Boot-cut

This is another flattering cut that used to be my go-to style. These mid-rise, boot-cut jeans give a curvy look and will look great with literally any shoes. These are also pleasantly stretchy and really comfortable.

Boyfriend

The Boyfriend cut never goes wrong. It is made for comfort with a mid rise and a relaxed fit. These jeans were cropped just a bit with lots of stretch and a raw hem. I’m in love with these mid-rise jeans!

Slouchy Straight

These are super cool, high waisted jeans with a button fly. The fit is slouchy with a raw hem, one-hundred percent grunge. These jeans would also look hot with some heels and a sexy top.

The final decision was between the OG Straight and the Boyfriend. The Boyfriend won out because I felt they were the most comfortable and versatile for outfits I’m most likely to wear. You know, I’m a Virgo, and I overthink everything. Looking back at the fits, I actually want all of them!!
